HCL Sametime Forum : Any middle layer Interface available to interact with Sametime Server?

I need any interface (e.g. servlet) which can be invoked from Flash or HTML Front End through my sametime server url. That middle layer interface should handle the basic meeting functionalities.
In Detail:
Six Functionalities (listed below) in DBT24*7 (our software) are currently carried out by NFC Chat Server. These are to be achieved through Domino-Sametime server running in system 172.18.16.77.
1. Log in & log out
2. Creating virtual meeting room
3. Assigning participant’s in the meeting room
4. Counting no of participants
5. Keeping track of Name of the participants
6. Broadcasting message.
Sametime6.5.1 Java Toolkit Sample Applications are running fine. If such middle layer interface is not readily available, I’ve to develop servlet in which I’ve to make use of the methods used in sample Sametime applet (like Buddy List) & handle all the exceptions. This servlet will be invoked from Flash front end by server url.
Please inform me if you’ve come across such middle layer interface for interacting with Sametime server.
